I started out my career in photography over 20 years ago as a Photojournalist based in Arizona. I traveled the world capturing history as it happened and sharing stories that needed to be told. From documenting Hurricane Katrina, conflicts along the Arizona & Mexico border, disappearing traditions of the American West, to overfishing along Africa’s Western coastline.
After returning home to Northern California, I immersed myself into wedding & portrait photography. It was then that a great mentor helped me to realize that everyone had a special story to be told. From a wedding day to those special family portraits at the beach. No moment is too small.
My professional experience ranges from Weddings, Portraits, Lifestyle, Sports, Automotive & Pet Photography. More recently I have shifted my focus to learning the trade of filmmaking. Over the years, my work has been featured in a variety of publications, including: The Wall Street Journal, PDN, The New York Times, CES Daily, Haggerty, Corsa Communique, The Nurse Practitioners Guide, The East Valley Tribune, The Scottsdale Tribune and The Weekend Pinnacle.
When not behind a camera, you can find me exploring the desert on my dirt bike or creating one of a kind textile art with my vintage chainstitch machine.
